Brophy College Preparatory Principal Speaks Out on Tensions after Presidential Election

The day after the U.S. presidential election, students at Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix reported disturbing incidents, including Latino students being asked by fellow students if they realized that their last day at Brophy would coincide with the inauguration of Donald Trump. Brophy Principal Bob Ryan addressed the situation head on, sending a letter to parents that described racial tensions at the school since the election.

Seven Jesuits Profess First Vows

Seven Jesuits from the California and Oregon provinces of the Society of Jesus professed First Vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience on August 13 in a Mass at the Sacred Heart Chapel on the Loyola Marymount University campus.
