Billy graduated from Jesuit High School in Sacramento and holds a bachelor’s in philosophy from the University of San Francisco. He has worked in membership services for a musical theater company and as a work- and life-skills trainer and mentor for developmentally disadvantaged adults. He is a third year regent at Jesuit High School in Portland and is also pursuing a master’s in performing arts at Washington University. He is studying theology at Boston College School of Theology and Ministry.
