Are you a Jesuit missioned in the Jesuits West Province and anticipate celebrating an upcoming sacrament or event outside the diocese in which you reside? Whether you are an ordained priest or deacon, please use the form below to submit a request.

You may be asked by the diocese or parish you plan to visit to provide a celebret, letter of suitability, letter of good standing, testimonial, or request for temporary faculties. These are all satisfied by this letter.
